This hotel is excellent value for money, with a delicious breakfast included. The full English breakfast is made to order, and you can help yourself to drinks, fresh fruit, yogurts, toast, croissants. The staff are friendly and the decor is light and bright. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with recently refurbished bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
No complaints whatsoever!

Bed was nice, like a cloud. This time it was a lovely stay for us. Location within 3 km of Staunton Harold Estate. There is café Starbucks, set 200 meters walk away.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with USB charging ports and a full-size mirror in the room. The location is perfect, situated just off the motorway for a convenient stop. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is situated in a small area close to Ashby shops and the motorway. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a new feel to them. the bathrooms have great showers, although there are no baths. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing hassle, free check, in and offering assistance when needed. the restaurant on, site offers a great deal for food, with a two, course evening meal and a drink included, as well as a full breakfast.
The restaurant service can be a bit lacking, as some wait staff may struggle with reading their own handwriting, leading to delays in receiving orders.

Great location for exploring the Midlands and lots of nearby amenities like petrol station and fast food. the service was fantastic and the staff were really welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the bar and the comfortable beds.

The rooms were recently renovated and looked fantastic. The bed was super comfy and the large mounted TV was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location was convenient and there was a restaurant on-site, which was great for grabbing a meal without having to leave the hotel.
The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, resulting in long waiting times and difficulties in getting attention from the waiters. The food quality was hit or miss, with some dishes being delicious and others disappointing.
